Golden Gloves, Silver Gloves, Junior Olympics - BFS is a registered US Amateur Boxing Gym. "Hands only" boxing training is incorporated into all of our Savate and Kickboxing/Muay Thai classes. Amateur boxers can start competition at age 8, and end up at the Olympics. Our registered competitors train
intensively at the 7:30 session every night. Whether you
want to compete, or just train HARD, this class is for
